Skills:
Technical Expertise:
- 4 to 9 years years of experience in integration testing within complex distributed systems.
- 3+ years of experience testing Event-Driven Architectures (Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Service Bus, RabbitMQ).
- Strong understanding of mediator patterns, event sourcing, CQRS, and orchestrations.
API & Automation Skills:
- Extensive experience testing APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) using tools like Postman, RestAssured or similar.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript for automation.
- Ability to develop and maintain automated test suites for API and event validation.
Tools & Technologies:
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows.
- Knowledge of schema versioning, event replay, and resilience testing.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and tooling to set up, manage, and automate API and event-driven system testing within CI/CD pipelines
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication to articulate complex issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile mindset with a proactive approach to testing and quality assurance
